DELIVERY & RETURNS
Downton Interiors offers FREE SHIPPING to all customers within mainland UK. Additional charges may apply to BT postcodes and the Highlands & Islands.
Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete your order. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours whenever possible, using national next-day courier DPD who provide a first-class service.
Please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available on the day of delivery.
Parcel tracking details will be emailed to you once the goods are shipped.
If DPD are unable to complete a delivery, you will be asked to contact them directly to arrange a re-delivery. Any delay in contacting the couriers may result in the goods being returned to us.
Please note, we are unable to accept orders for delivery to the Channel Islands.
As a responsible company we are pleased to advise that we use recycled packaging for all customer orders.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event customers receive items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt by telephone or email and we will replace the item immediately.
RETURNS OF UNWANTED GOODS
Unwanted goods can be returned to us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. All products returned must be in their original condition and in their original packaging. Please contact us by telephone or email, before returning any items.
